First we discuss your current habits, your likes and dislikes, we then advise you on healthier alternatives and together we create a new easy to follow nutritional plan.
And since our aim has always been to challenge the status quo and reinvent personal training; we are the only personal trainer company to offer an all inclusive nutritional package. This extended service includes assisting our clients with their weekly or monthly grocery shopping. In addition to this service we are also willing to demonstrate how to prepare tasty and healthy meals.
