Before our One 2 One sessions, our sole aim is to understand you first before we seek to be understood. By understanding your goals, your values, strengths and weaknesses, we are more able to develop a realistic and personalised exercise and nutrition plan.

A pragmatic approach to a healthier life and a more enjoyable exercise experience, whether it’s through swinging kettle bells, resistance tube conditioning, suspension training, kicking and boxing or a simple jog and talk in the park; we promise to always do what is right and what is best for you.
