Harold really does practice what he preaches in terms of healthy body and healthy mind, where the emphasis on making a real and positive difference is based on a lifestyle choice, not just a couple of hours working hard in the gym. However, in the gym is where it all starts, and he quickly knows what areas you want to work on, and how you can exercise effectively to achieve the results you want.
He does push you hard, but if he didn’t then I wouldn’t class him as a good trainer!
He knows your capabilities and makes sure he pushes you outside your comfort zone. But the encouragement he gives when he knows you are finding it tough is what sets him out from the rest. He strikes just the right balance between pushing you, encouragement, challenging you, and knowing when to be firm – but manages to do it all in a light tone!
At the end of the session you will have done a very intense workout (and your body will obviously ache all over), but you leave the gym feeling proud of yourself that you took your training to a harder level and the results you wanted do come!
